Helpful and courteous staff. Location not far from BWI airport

Comfortable room. Pretty property

I arrived at 1:30 PM and my room wasn't ready. When I asked to leave our luggage at the front desk so we could go eat, the agent flatly refused, which is a complete denial of basic hotel service. She indifferently told us to return at 3:00 PM. I returned at 3:10 PM, well after standard check-in, and the room was still not ready. Being forced to wait past official check-in after already being turned away once, while being refused luggage storage, is a total failure in front desk operations. While housekeeping eventually cleaned a sticky bathroom floor after I complained, the room maintenance is a hazard. The space smelled heavily of smoke, the TV tech is completely outdated, and I had to kill a live wasp trapped inside the window frame on Saturday. I texted the front desk a photo, and though they claimed they would send maintenance, the issue was ignored. I found a second live wasp in the exact same spot Sunday morning. Staining on the window treatment clearly points to a compromised exterior window seal. The manager on duty ultimately comped our breakfast and addressed the floor after I pushed back, but a guest shouldn't have to fight for basic standards. The initial agent's dismissive attitude, the refusal to hold bags, and the unready room set a terrible tone. Finding stinging insects inside is a clear oversight. I do not recommend this property.

Bedding was old. Horrible pillows. Bathtub slippery and retained water. Bugs in room.

Ww enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff that checked us in on Sunday evening provided exceptional customer service. She was very pleasant and polite.

Super clean, nice hotel. Very nice staff. The hot tub and pool are real nice. Comfortable bed. Hotel is close to many shops, restaurants, etc. I would most definitely return if I need to stay in the area again.

Very nice hotel

The property is being updated. Our room was clean, neat and new looking. We are getting used to the new policy that one must ask for service by housekeeping for a multi-day stay. Only one person in restaurant for breakfast but she was great.

The facility was fine and clean. Pool was fine. But we were given one bath towel for 4 people. We traveled far and hit a ton of traffic and were exhausted when we arrived late. There was a knock on the door at 7:45 am and when I answered in my pajamas, it was an employee asking when we were leaving. I looked down at my pajamas and replied “not now” and laughed. She didn’t think it was funny and just said “ok”. I asked for more towels and she told us to call the front desk. I called the front desk. I went to make coffee and there were only decaf pods. So I threw on some clothes and went to the lobby to get coffee. While I was there I asked for the towels to save them the trip. I was told they were doing laundry and didn’t have any towels. I said “you expect all four of us in my room to use the same towels?” They then handed me two pool towels and said I couldn’t have more. Bizarre stay.
