“I got a better room this time. The room feels cleaner compared to the room I got last time, but there are still dust, and they didn't do housekeeping, and I had to reuse towels from another night. Shout out to Lindsey, the front desk, she is always so helpful, nice, and patient.”

“The hotel was super busy when we got there at 11:30pm. The staff was using their best effort to keep everything running smoothly - heroic levels of effort - to manage the waves of people needing rooms and service. Yet, the staff remained professional despite being overwhelmed. They did an amazing job holding the fort. They deserve recognition.”

“The front desk staff is very kind and helpful; however, the room is dirty, and there are so many stains on the bed sheets and comforter that some look like blood. Luckily, I didn't see bed bugs. But I wish the hotel could clean the bedding and bathroom towels at least better.”

“Nice Hilton right in downtown. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Staff helpful. Would recommend.”

“Everyone friendly. Dinner in the 1700 restaurant was fabulous and set the expectations for the remainder of my stay. I was disappointed with the breakfast. The food I ordered was not prepared well (toast was not toasted but it was warmed) not the friendliest service either. Room was great and I slept well though.”
