Hilton Waco | Hotel in Brazos, Texas

“This hotel is under construction and lacks many of the amenities that are expected from a Hilton hotel. Although the pool was open it was in the middle of a construction zone and didn't feel like a retreat. The staff made great efforts to be sure everyone was comfortable, and the housekeeping was excellent. Once their construction project is complete this will be a great place to stay.”

“They even discriminate when providing water, and the breakfast is way too expensive. On the bright side, the central location is great”

“The Waco Hilton is under complete renovation. Our floor was complete but there was furniture and equipment everywhere downstairs. The restaurant and lounge were closed and set up temporarily in a meeting room. The room was fine and the staff addressed the issues we brought up, but don't expect a Hilton experience until the renovation is complete.”

“The hotel was under construction which was not noted in their website. The place was covered in gray dust, our room smelled and the noise was loud and distracting. All elevators were covered in grime”

“Renovating right now but really poor service. ordered room service, never came and no one answered the phone both at room service and the front desk. conditions around the lobby are very dirty. ”

“We wish they would’ve disclosed renovations going on. They were right in the way of elevators. Especially with a baby, drywall was all over the place , for $200 a night it would’ve been nice to know. ”

“The hotel is going some renovations which made using the elevator kind of tricky. I understand these things are a necessary part of this business. ”

“I gave the property lower marks because of major renovations going on. There's construction debris on several floors and the elevators. The noise starts at 8:00 am and reverberates through the entire hotel. On the plus side, I got a newly refurbished room and a comped full breakfast at the restaurant. The location is great-across the street from the river and easy walking distance to every attraction downtown and Baylor University. ”
