“Gerard was a great host with excellent communication, perhaps one of the most attentive that I’ve ever experienced. The rental is just as cute as the pictures and centrally located to wonderful restaurants and shopping. I made the assumption while booking that the small couch was a pullout, it is not. The reference to a twin bed is a blowup. There is everything you need to cook meals. Great stay!!”

“We arrived later than the posted check in and Gerard and we spoke on the phone and everything went well. We felt like we were home. The apartment is all that it said in the ad were very accurate. Quaint, cozy and no hotel hassle. The next time we visit we will definitely look for this place!”
