Upper floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. You have access to the 30 sqm balcony with garden furniture and parasol. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Balatonlelle. The holiday house is located on a 350 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.
