Very near to all the touristy stuff and the washing machine was good to have. The apartment was decent size provided everything for a comfortable stay
Negative:
Toilet shower pretty narrow. The water kettle handle gets dangerously hot probably due to being old. 4th floor no elevator. If you have heavy luggage definitely going to be a problem.
Summary: Good location if you want to be near the prime spots

Good location on the edge of the Quadrilateral. Walking distance to train station if you are traveling light. Washing machine in unit is a godsend if you have been on the road a while and need to do laundry.
Negative:
10:00 checkout is too early. People on holiday like to relax a little in the morning. HAD TO PAY 20 EXTRA EUROS BEFORE CHECK IN FOR REASONS I STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND. EITHER BOOKING.COM OR PROPERTY OWNER SHOULD DISCLOSE THESE FEES BEFORE A GUEST BOOKS THIS PROPERTY.

Α very central apartment! Next to Due Torri! Recommended for short trip!!!

We stayed for two nights, and on the second night I needed to use the air condition. unfortunately it didn’t work properly — it definitely needs maintenance.!!! The room had some humidity and an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain, which only goes away if you keep the windows and the bathroom door open. The towel rack in the bathroom isn’t suitable for towels, only for clothes, so the towels kept falling on the floor. There were also visible toothpaste stains from the previous guests on the sink, which means it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Also, the mattress was of very poor quality and sank too much when lying down. It should be changed.
Summary: Just a basic choice. Only for short trip ! Very central

The location is great -you can walk around the center of the city and turn back for a rest when you are tired. In the apartment you have well equipped kitchenette and there is enough space to put your stuff. We enjoyed the city very much, and we are satisfied with the stay.
Negative:
The furniture are not very comfortable-the mattress is very soft, it would be fine to have small dining table whit normal chairs. Everything else was very good.
