Located just one hour away from Minneapolis and St. Paul, this newly renovated 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home is the perfect place to host your get-together.
Tucked away on 44 acres of private Mississippi River back Channel property, it is the perfect place to enjoy yourself and leave the stress behind!
Our Main house has 5 bedrooms with 7 beds, 2 of the bedrooms also have cribs. There are 4 bathrooms- 2 of the bathrooms are attached to bedrooms on the second level. There is one full bath on the main level and one full bath in the basement. There is an additional Queen bed in the Master Bedroom of the Guest Home, which is available seasonally, or by special request. The guest house also has it's own kitchenette, sitting areas, and bathroom with shower.
There is ample space for parking, no shortage of nature to explore and even a game room (conditioned & heated) for those who prefer the comfort of being inside.

“Beautiful house and property. Got a tour from Fred and showed us all the work that’s been done on the place . Loved the garage/game room with pool, ping pong, etc. spent all our time out there besides sleeping Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area ”

“Fantastic!! This home is top notch. Beds are very comfortable. The game room has so much to do and all is like new. The kitchen is well stocked and appliances are in excellent condition. Every thing was very clean. Host was great!Definitely would stay again if needed a large home!!!”
