You can unwind on the terrace furnished with outdoor seating and a barbecue, perfect for cozy evenings. The garden is fenced, providing you with privacy and security. An outdoor shower is also available for rinsing off sand or chlorine after a day in the pool.

A well-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances allows for the preparation of delicious meals, with a dining area set for large family gatherings. - End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant or can be arranged for €200, payable on site.

- Pets are not allowed, and smoking indoors is prohibited. Parties are permitted, provided that neighbours are respected, especially after 10 PM.
- The owner’s son lives on-site in a private, fully equipped apartment on the top floor. The entrances are completely independent, ensuring you won’t be disturbed during your stay.
