Clean and quiet. Good communication and everything as described. Bed was comfortable and the AC/fan combo kept the room cool.
Negative:
Not a big negative, but the use of a lot of air fresheners (like plugs ins, not the kind that go in your car) could trigger some people who are sensitive to smell.
