Positive: Service and staff. Hotel staff is very pleasant, professional and responsible. Any help you needed will be provided. Breakfast is also very tasteful with rather huge types of food. I'd like also to emphasize cleanliness of the rooms/suits and hotel itself.
Negative: Building. Walls between suits are made from plasterboard and we heard literally anything, including noisy intercourse and usual talks/water disposal in the WC. Also water pressure is very very low, a lot of time is needed to wash your hair, or wash soap off. There is a meeting room of some Christian community in the building, so a very loud music is heard during Sunday mornings (fortunately around 10 am).
