“Very clean room but no wash cloths. Had to ask for bars of soap”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. I liked everything, from the bedrooms to the saunas to the lounge and bar. Slightly out of the town centre (20 minute walk).”

“The room had a great view over the river. The room was very clean and fresh and the bed was comfortable. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, however there was a pay as you go dispenser, serving cold drinks in the corridor. The bar area is ”

“A very relaxing and simple spa. There are 2 dry saunas (60 and 90 degrees) and a steam sauna. The relaxation area is beautiful and the views are fantastic. Important to note that children under 16yrs are not allowed in. ”

“Not at all a customer-oriented hotel. The spa costs extra, which is fine, but you don't really figure that out until you're already trying to use it, and then you have to go down to reception, and it's a whole thing. Btw, the bar and its menu look nice but those are some of the worst drinks we'd ever had, which is saying a lot. They are expensive and poorly made. The gym is a joke. Location was mid at best. The room was okay, but overall the staff is a bit rude, and generally this was not an enjoyable place. ”

“Very nice hotel for a visit to Konstanz. Great location and nice bar area and close restaurants and grocery store. For the high level of service and quality of accommodation I would have expected room service and USB charging outlets in the rooms. I would have otherwise rated the hotel excellent.”

“Modern hotel, on the river front with good amenities. Very light and airy. It is a 20 minute or so walk from the old town / railway station which suited me but worth bearing in mind. My room was large and spacious with a partial view of river. Very pleasant dining room, overlooking river where they serve a very good breakfast with huge choice. On top floor there is a spa, relaxing atmosphere - I booked a massage and the therapist was delightful. Reception staff were helpful and cleaning staff accommodated a special request I had. Great place for a few nights in a lovely town, plenty of nature and walking options nearby.”
