Summary: We loved our stay. The wonderful woman who checked us in was a pleasure to encounter. Warm, welcoming and accommodating, she’s great. Room was comfortable with lots of extra.
Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Good location, lots of option for food and shopping. Breakfast was good. However, eating same breakfast everyday did start getting to us by day 5. Our room came with a massage chair that was very awesome after a long day of walking was well worth it.

Summary: The location was perfect (close to restaurants, shopping, and metro)! The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were great. Breakfast was good overall as well (although I would recommend adding some fruit options). I would stay here again!

Summary: The staff was really nice, they were able to check us in a little early which really helped us out coming from Kyoto so we didn’t have to store our luggage. The location is top notch with so many choices to eat and shop literally feet away from the hotel. We stayed in the penthouse room with a deck all to ourselves with an amazing view of Dotonbori skyline. However there were some things that could use improvement. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable, our bidet did not work for the first two days of our stay, they did offer to change rooms but we declined since we were already fully unpacked. The kitchen did not have any utensils or plates or cooking equipment which didn’t bother us but just be aware if you are wanting to use the kitchen. Our bathroom sink faucet needed to be fixed as it was wobbly when used, and if you stay in the 13th floor you have to walk up three short flights of stairs to get to your room, carrying your luggage in tow. The property is showing its age some as well… and regretfully we also saw a cockroach in the stairwell coming down from our roo, which we didn’t let the staff know about as it’s just something a lot of older buildings deal with in large cities. The breakfast offered was decent but nothing stood out, it was nice and convenient. Overall it’s a good place to stay right in the middle of all Dotonbori has to offer.

Summary: In a great spot near shopping, restaurants, train stations and markets. Hotel itself is not modern, no smart tv, strange bedding with sheets that won't stay on the bed, the room was big but didn't offer any advantages with all the space. The noise from the room above with thumping footsteps all night was annoying. Very limited English which is ok, you just have to be aware of it.

Summary: Booked a triple deluxe room for myself and two daughters knowing that Japanese rooms tend to be smaller. What a delightful surprise to have a room with not only a couch and 3 beds (both shown in pics) but also a full walk in shower with a deep jetted tub, a bidet toilet and a massage chair. Breakfast was fresh and different every day. So close to the Namba Station, markets, Dotonbori and local restaurants.

Summary: A very big room with panoramic windows made for a great stay and such a luxury compared to the typical compact room we’ve had before in Japan. Staff was very friendly and helpful from check in through to the time we left and was much appreciated.as for location we were right near so many good places to eat near Namba and Dotombori a close walk away. Such a fun stay!

Summary: Everything was great - the location, the rooms (huge and comfortable), the bathroom, the breakfast, the small touches. All good and we would 100% recommend. It was especially nice having so much space and a king bed after our long flight.
