“Staff are nice, beds are comfortable, and breakfast is very good.
Towels are rough. Cleaning staff didn’t clean floor or replace dirty cups. No shower soap or shampoo provided.”

“It's a nice hotel in a lovely central location. The only issue was the wifi in the bar area failed to work. The reception staff tried to sort it but couldn't and were adamant it was my phone. I suggested they log me in to the staff network as a temporary solution, but it was made clear that it was 'my problem'. I went to my room and was able to connect with no problems from there. It's a bit annoying when the answer is 'It must be your phone'. But that's really just a staff training issue and the hotel itself can be recommended and I'd stay again.”

“Great hotel, Christmas markets on your doorstep. Yet our room (402) was very quiet. Room was spacious and bed large, very comfortable pillows. We slept well during our stay. I'm pregnant and requested an extra pillow to support my back, this was provided without hesitation. The hotel bar looked nice, but we didn't use this facility. Would recommend and stay again. ”

“The hotel is nice and clean. It was a bit quieter than I had expected but that could be the time of the year I visited. Location is excellent for the old town. A quieter street at night but walkable to all the attractions.”
