Positive: Having had a terrible journey from the UK, I didn’t arrive until 01.00 and was absolutely shattered. However my spirits were immediately lifted when I got to the hotel and was greeted by a charming lady with a lovely smile. My room was much better than anticipated and the breakfast was delicious.
Summary: Probably the best hotel in Skopje. Good facilities and friendly, professional staff. I’ll be back

The location was perfect basically in the bazaar where there’s an array of coffee shops, restaurants, bars (all have their own streets within) a jewellery street too!
The staff were very friendly and accommodating! Couldn’t fault the service at all. The room was clean with good air con as it was 30 degrees Celsius 4-7th June. The pool was open which was a lovely surprise. Rooftop terrace was stunning in the evening also 10/10

Nothing to complain about :) great value for money !

It is very close to everything. It was quite quiet.

It is not 5 stars max 3. Spa is a joke. Breakfast is awful, we ate outside. Room smells, bathroom is outdated and in general it is cold.
