“It's a quaint hotel with individually designed rooms in a cute neighborhood only steps from the Rhein. I was past of a large group of friends that booked the majority of rooms for one night. While my room was nice, clean and perfectly comfortable, one friend had a room in the annex building and it had not been cleaned thoroughly at all - layer of dust in various places, fingerprints on water glass and faucet. Also, the cleaning crew knocked on her door at 7:30 AM on a Sunday. Not acceptable, in our book. Also, while I understand the challenges of hosting a larger group of friends that may have had some additional demands, the staff was visibly annoyed by it and extremely unfriendly. Considering the business we brought to them in one swoop, I would have expected a more service-oriented attitude from the hotel staff.”

“Excellent location if you are attending a conference. The hotel itself was wonderful contrast to chain hotels and the staff was really pleasant. Good work!”
