“I felt itchy in my bed, it felt like bed bugs were all over me,
the check in process was way too complicated and should be simplified
other than that I would say it was a good stay, the shower had hot water and it was powerful,
the staircase needs a really good clean and some more lighting on the staircase especially at the bottom, it feels old and needs to be modernised”

other than that I would say it was a good stay, the shower had hot water and it was powerful,

“ About 200 yds from underground so easy to get around. Few restaurants local with few shops / more organic healthy shops than ‘normal’ stuff. Breakfast was continental but lots of choice, room large but floor very creaky so midnight trips to loo wake everyone up. We were at the back of the hotel and overlooked a courtyard / great we thought nice and quiet .... until the bins get emptied at 6am - every other day ! ”

“We booked this hotel in a pinch, but it was perfect for what we needed. The bed was two small beds pushed together, but it worked. The water was hot, and we left too early to try breakfast. I’d stay there again if needed!”
