Positive: Comfortable, clean, great for families. Everything you need and nothing you don't need.
Negative: Not a complaint but a warning to other travellers - the vending machine and the parking next door only accept the old 1000 yen bills at this time. I had to change mine at a nearby convenience store. Worth knowing if you plan to use these amenities.
Summary: Great value, practical place, would definitely use again

Positive:
Big room, comfy beds, great quiet location. The common room is nice and full of manga.
Negative:
There wasn’t much hot water one of the nights and the common room was a bit chilly. The room next to us was a dormitory room with a lot of beds and most of the times big families or group of teen friends would book it so it was a bit noisy. But generally people were respectful towards the late hours.
Summary: Good location and spacious rooms

Stayed in a private room with 2 double beds (fits 4 pax) on the 3rd floor. The female showers are on the 3rd floor but there’s no toilet on the 3rd floor so u have to go down to the 2nd floor.
Summary: OK for a one-night stay near Kintetsu Nara station
