“Place very dated and terribly maintenence. Both beds had stained comforters. Asked fir clean ones they could not find clean ones. They had to open two new boxes. The comforters dont have covers on them. Staff gave attitude over the dirt. Do not go.”

“The staff were very helpful and the location is amazing. But it seems like the owners are interested in reaping whatever profit they can from the location and then selling it off. It's looking a bit worn and it is understaffed. But the staff who are there are amazing. They are the heroes. The capitalist profit-maximizing owners are the problem.”

“Had a great time at the Bedford with my girlfriend. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and the location can’t be beat. The only improvement would be that the tiling could be cleaned a bit better in the bathrooms. Great hotel.”

“We enjoyed the proximity to the downtown area. Considering it is a very old building we understood why there was no elevator. What i thought could and should be improved is new cleaner carpet and drapes hung properly. These things would improve the overall look and feel.”

“This was such a quaint hotel. The age, proximity to restaurants, museums was wonderful. We loved staying here. Plan to go back again next year.”

“The hotel is very run down. It’s impossible to get your room cleaned or have towels delivered.”

This hotel does not have an elevator. 2.The room we stayed in only had a window air conditioning unit which is okay except the room was so very warm and the window was wide open letting in the very warm outside air. 3.Breakfast is not served early, we could not take advantage of it because it was too late for us. ”

“The AC unit in our room was leaking and flooded half of the carpet in the room. When we brought it up to the staff they seemed unfazed by it even though that it was brought to their attention by previous guests. There were no available outlets anywhere near the beds. No elevator. It’s old and has no real amenities. The only benefits they had was that there was bar/restaurant downstairs and it was in the town square. It was also almost certainly haunted.”
