“Lovely hotel, nice staff. Entrance / reception slight unusual and leads to a less friendly interface. Oversized table. We had booked a loft room which is a very large space and therefore less cozy compared to our previous stay in a standard room. The room had a secondary fan / somewhat noisey ventilation system separate to the air conditioning system which after an interaction with reception and maintenance they were able to turn off. Otherwise a lovely hotel”

“Lovely property - especially the garden and pool. Breakfast was excellent as was dinner, in a stunning setting. Public rooms very nice. Staff very helpful. Let down was the room. We had an apartment room which was OK space wise for 3 people but finish and amenities not nearly good enough for 5 star. It felt cheap - eg plastic garden chairs inside which couldn’t really take my weight-185lbs!”

“Our stay at Hotel Bella Riva was a fantastic experience from top to bottom. The breakfasts were phenomenal, perhaps the best I've ever had on holiday. The service from all of the staff was top tier. Every member of the staff acted with such relaxed professionalism. If I had to say anything was disappointing (nothing really was, but just to say something) the fine dining approach to dinner was a missed opportunity in my opinion. It is hard to have fine dining multiple nights in a row, a lot of people travel to Italy for comforts they know from other countries, pizza, lasagna, pasta, etc. You won't get that sort of thing with Hotel Bella Riva's fine dining dinner menu. Not to say it's bad food, it is good food. It is easy enough to get into the various towns and hotspots around Lake Garda as well, the bus services nearby are very useful, and everything is reasonably walkable as well. Overall, 10/10 experience, would love to come back.”

“We had a great stay. Customer service was excellent and the property and the view from it are beautiful. Petro at the front desk and Alberto at the pool both gave us excellent service. Only suggestion would be to add coffee machines in the room but other then that, I would rate the experience a ten out of ten. We would definitely come back again.”
