“Breakfast was good but they need a better system than counting guest by room with receipts.”

“The staff seemed to be very nice and helpful. You can tell it is an aged hotel but managed well. The free buffet breakfast is good but be prepared to tip after consuming your breakfast. Our room was ok and the water pressure was amazing. The only downfall was our a/c unit started making a loud noise all night long on the second night. Its location is really good to some restaurants and shopping. Target is conveniently located across the street to grab some drinks and snacks for the room. I would stay here again if I came back to that area.”

“I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious. I was especially impressed with breakfast; it felt more like dining at a restaurant than having a typical hotel breakfast, with a great variety of choices. There was plenty of free parking. I will definitely make this my hotel of choice the next time I'm in the area!”

“We had a very pleasant stay! The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, and everything was comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful, which made our stay even better. The breakfast was really good with a nice selection, and the staff serving breakfast were also very kind and welcoming. There is no microwave in the room, but it wasn’t a problem for us because they have one available in the lobby. Everything was convenient and well maintained. Overall, we had a great experience and felt very comfortable during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!”

“Outstanding customer service! Kudos to Fifi and Tee for always being so welcoming at breakfast. A traditional hot breakfast buffet is rare these days. Kudos also to housekeeping for consistent high quality cleaning (three stays over the past three months and each time cleaning, particularly the bathrooms, was excellent). Some have commented that the rooms are small. One benefit of older construction is that the rooms are virtually soundproof! Highly recommend for travelers wanting a good night's rest!”

“The hotel does not have sufficient elevators. It only has one elevator for all the hotel. I had to wait for thirty minutes to go up with a cart to load it to leave. I cannot waste that much time staying there again.”

“The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Our room was cleaned each day. We booked believing there was a pool - but it is not available. Only one of three elevators were working which slowed everyone down. Location is close to many restaurants and a large shopping mall. Easy access from major roads.”
