“Room was clean with a nice amount of space. Staff were helpful on the main desk. Pool and breakfast. Pool was closed for 2/3 hours. Limited information given and I didn’t see the pool levels being checked when reopen. I’m interested to know how they would have known if the water was safe to swim in. Breakfast was cold unless you had an omelette or pancake made for you.”

“Room was spacious and clean. Hotel in a quiet location and the pool was lovely with plenty of sun beds. The breakfast was not good, hot food was cold, chipped plates and the tea was not nice. Hotel definitely better for the Spanish and no English entertainment as advertised.”

“Great access to the beach, decent enough room and the hotel itself well maintained. Bar service was very slow, always a minimum of a 5 minute wait to be served- drinks were good though. It would make it easier if there were self serve drinks in the restaurant- quite often we had eaten before someone came to take a drinks order. Friendly reception staff, would consider staying again”

“The staff very good and the man at the front was very helpful The room was very good only the outside should be cleaned as some birds had left stuff but no problem as had some at home. We have been some times and will again when on Spain”

“Our room had a lovely beach view. I paid for a superior room how the room needed upgraded. The public areas such as pools, bars, reception have all been upgraded and look great but the rooms need some tlc. The breakfast buffet was great selection and good quality. The only issue was the queues for drinks at the bar, not enough staff to accommodate the amount of people staying at hotel. We stayed here 3 weeks ago with less occupancy and there was more staff working in bar. I am sure this will be addressed, would still stay again.”

“What an excellent hotel. Great pool, gym. Clean quiet room. Restaurant food was superb. We didn't really like Mojacar, but the hotel made up for that. ”
