Positive:
The room was spacious and furniture and decoration fresh. Bed was comfy and there was a fridge in the room to keep water cold, as it was quite hot in Sarajevo during our stay.
Breakfast was ok, including local delicacies. Still it was served in loddy area and sometimes difficult to find table.
It is a very short walk to city center and main sights, but the access is through a steep coble stone path which older or not that fit people might find demanding to ascend or descend,
There are parking places for hotel guests that I strongly recommend, as nearby streets are narrow and steep and difficult to find safe parking spots.
Negative:
Hotel rooms are on 3 floors but there is no elevator and nobody there to offer to help with luggage.
Some of the staff has minimun english language knowledge and communication was sometimes challenging. We had to ask for fresh towels and house keeping was overall problematic.
We found strange and disturbing that there was a catalogue with sum of money one would be charged in case of broken or missing items from the rooms. That gave the impression that customers were seen as wanna be vandals or thiefs.
Summary: Overall a nice stay

Positive:
The view and the room itself was very nice, it was spacious and comfortable.
Negative:
The roads around the hotel aren’t very car friendly. The AC also wasn’t the best, we had it set to the lowest temperature and even then it was still too hot (we had to sleep with the window open, it was cooler outside than inside). The staff were very helpful, however prior to checking out (20 mins before), we were finishing packing up and one of the cleaning staff opened our door without even knocking or announcing themselves. Thankfully we were fully dressed and about to leave. Other than that, the stay and location itself (proximity to popular attractions) is great.
Summary: Great location!

Positive:
I liked everything about this hotel, it is located very close to the Old Town, walking distance, good breakfast, parking was 15 EUR/day.
Negative:
The hotel is on a hill, you need to climb some stairs, if walking. We knew about it, it is not a complaint, just be aware if you don’t have a car and need to get there with luggage. Best to take a cab.
Summary: Very nice hotel located on a hill
