“Perfect stay. The room was huge, recently renovated, with super comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was also big, with spacious shower.
You get access to the Bains, with the hotel providing with bathrobe and towels, and an underground tunnel to easily access the pools.
The village of Charmey and the valley are beautiful, with a télécabine near the hotel, so the access for hikes and other activities (such as toboggans) was very easy. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and close to nature experience.”

“The hotel is conveniently located to visit both the town of Gruyeres and the Cailler chocolate factory. The hotel is well equipped with clean, modern rooms. The best feature, though, is the underground tunnel to connect to the spa. After traveling, we enjoyed almost 3 hours in the various pools, saunas, etc. With indoor and outdoor options, there was something for everyone.”

“Very good stay. I didn’t realise the hotel is named after the chocolate brand. Very nice visit to the chocolate factory too~
Restaurant staff is nice; but the reception staff not very friendly, always poker face.”
