“Good central hotel to stay at, my experience with the staff was good, they’re were efficient on their job and friendly!

“Check In was at 3pm instead of 2pm, as most hotels in Chile use to.
Paper bin in the bathroom was dirty when we arrive to the room. When you get a shower you'll spread a lot of water in the bathroom floor. Bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan.
Hotel doesn't have Room Service.”

“Spacious and confortable room, but very poor design. It could be great, but it seems more like an average or rather cheap hotel. The whole bathroom floor will be wet when you take a shower. Only 1 hand towel for two people! No soap for the shower. Only sandwiches available for dinner during the weekend. Would we stay there again? Yes. ”

“The location near downtown and airport was very good. Coffee was good - not the usual Nescafé powder.
There was a mixup with my credit card, but the staff corrected it quickly and they were very friendly.”
