Summary: We were greeted by a warm and eager staff member who made recommendations on food and sights that were very helpful. It was relaxing to take an onsen morning and night after a full day of exploring. We enjoyed the immersion into Japanese hospitality from the breakfast buffet and very comfortable rooms.

Summary: The hotel is at a easily accessible location with direct shuttle pick up from Ito Station to hotel and back. We booked one night of full set Japanese dinner at the hotel and it was very nice with a large variety of local seasonal ingredients. Staff speak fluent English and Mandarin, so it was very helpful to us as we don’t speak Japanese. The hot spring/spa was clean and tidy, very well equipped as well.

Summary: Excellent experience, the staff was fantastic, very accommodating, friendly. The food was excellent as well. The traditional Japanese experience was well worth it al.
Children are welcome. kids stay free! children 1 year old and younger stay free when using existing bedding. rollaway/extra beds are not available. cribs (infant beds) are not available.
