“We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Don Diego. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view is lovely. There were lots of breakfast options. The dinner menu was tasty but pricey, so we ate out twice. The pool bar menu was limited, and the pool itself closed unnecessarily early every day. We would have liked better lighting in the room- especially the bathroom. The parking was our main complaint- we weren’t able to park near to our room, which necessitated a long walk, uphill in the heat multiple times a day.”

“What an absolutely stunning hotel. Perfect location and right on the beach. Although the hotel was fully booked, it was never overcrowded. We were Half Board and the breakfast and dinner was amazing. I'd go as far to say the dinner is a la carte quality. All the staff are really helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfortable with a large bathroom. The pool area is stunning with a pool bar and sea views. The only comment I would make is that the drinks are on the slightly high side. A soft drink is 5 euros. I would 100% return. A very enjoyable and well rested holiday with perfect weather.”

“Incredible view with delicious breakfast. Plenty of gluten free options. Cute room with everything you need. Solid 4-star experience. We wish the staff was more helpful - as we often had to chase them down to ask for help. Waiters weren’t always friendly.”

“The staff was nice and the pool area was beautiful, but the rooms are very old and they use an overwhelming amount of cleaner in the rooms so you feel like you are being fumigated. The beds are like rocks. The rooms need to be renovated. The breakfast was good. ”

“Fabulous location, and amenities. The private beach is spectacular. The hotel is dated but unique and charming. Our only issue was that a friend who was staying nearbyvisited us and the hotel staff refused to serve him coffee and was rude to him and us.”
