Hotel Epinard Nasu Reviews
“local excellent. staff highly professional. if staff are trained to improve better english, will add extra marks though japan is not an english speaking city. ”
“Staff is fluent in English and thank you for arranging a surprise for us! We had a lovely memory ! Buffet is nice too!”
“Great hotel for a family trip. Although the location is slightly rural and you can only access by driving (only recommend to those who are on road trip and driving), it is definitely a great place to stay in with spacious rooms, rich amenities and a huge dining hall for breakfast buffet (and great food of course). Very nice attitude from the staff who speaks proper English. Rooms were large and the positioning of the bed offered a great way of watching sunset / dawn through the window. ”
