“The facilities (restaurants, SpA wellness) are really nice. However the heating in my room did not work with 10 degrees outside, and they didn't fix it, the gym was only usable between 10 and 22, however during check-in I was told that I would be able to access it 24/7, ”

“Terrible service with attitude. At the reception they were raising voice to my partner and almost screaming at her. Hotel is ok, but stuff and manager are disaster.”
