Close to public transportation. Food nearby within driving and walking distance. Recommended for cost and efficiency.

The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The complimentary airport shuttle was convenient and a nice perk. The rooms were spacious, and the location provided easy access to Fox Rent A Car and Costco. The hallway carpets could use some attention, and the complimentary breakfast was heavily focused on carbohydrates with limited higher-protein options. You have to pay for parking.

The staff is a little unaccommodating when it comes to policy and such. I arrived very late, around 2AM since I drove from Los Angeles and still had to pay parking for the property for the entire stay. Then I had to check out around 11 same day due to a family emergency that required me to fly out immediately. I told this to the desk and instead of being sympathetic, I was told “well it’s non-refundable except the parking” and to add there was a comment of “your reservation will remain open” after I clearly said I was flying out same day due to an unforeseeable emergency. The property’s interior smells heavily of recreational use, the space was smaller than advertised and overall would just get a ‘Ok’ rating. Good for a quick shower, a quick nap and not much else.

SFO airport hotel. Moderate plane noise. Guests transiting at odd hours. Room / hallway smelled of tobacco. Parking charge. Breakfast is pure carbs. Decent bed. Wooden floors in rooms. Obvious wear and tear.

If you need a place to stay and catch an early morning plane this property if fine. I would NEVER stay at the property for more than a day. Here are just a few reasons: 1) there was no counter space for the sink 2) room lighting was non terrible 3) no desk to work on 4) Wi-Fi was slow 5) parking inconvenient and was charged $16 6) breakfast has no protein options (like a hard boiled egg) and the rest of the food was not nutritional empty calories. 7) check in was unwelcoming 8) I had to move the side table to access the outlet and there was debris that looked like it had been there for a significant period of time

Catalina was friendly at reception, but there was no parking available and we had to park on the street.

Staff is amazing. Absolutely no complaints there! Location is ok- out the way and amenities accessible on foot if needed. ONLY complaint was the airport shuttle. I called ahead AND once landed and still was driven right past. The shuttle driver isn’t “staff” but if you depend on it to get to the hotel, hopefully you had more luck than i did. However, the man working the desk (I wish I got his name bc he helped in other ways as well) made up for it. Would stay here again.

Staff were helpful. I was given a room with almost zero day light due to a tree I front of it, room 205. I recommend removing the tree. I complained and got a better room. The hotel is to be expected for its rating.

Airport shuttle is a plus. Room was a fancy motel 6 but clean & quiet and a good price for an expensive city. Staff was miserable. There was a long line to check in & one attendant. Finally after standing to check in for 20 min. A second employee arrived. Unfortunately the line was gone. Could have used her a little earlier. The woman that checked me in spoke in a whisper. I could not make out what she was saying-And never mentioned breakfast or any amenities . Just handed me the key- didn't even tell me where the room was
