Positive:
The room and bed were very comfortable. The access to the internet was good. We didn't take breakfast or eat in the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff.
Negative:
Bar snacks not available at lunch time. There is a night Club next door, which made friday and Saturday nights noisy.
Summary: This was our third or fourth stay and the standard has always been good.

Positive:
for my trip the hotel location was good, enough parking space (also a garage for 6 EUR/day)
room was clean
Negative:
the hotel is old and quite expensive
staff was ok but not really friendly (I asked for a Cappuccio in the morning and the receptionist told me that the bar was closed but I could go upstairs to the breakfast room. However, there was no Cappuccion, just aweful coffee from the automatic maschine. The next morning I found a quite decent bar, just next to the hotel. Why didn't he tell me?)

Positive:
Location is good for my work schedule
Negative:
Hard to work out the lights in the room. Not enough power sockets in the room
Not enough towels - had to ask for more no cups or glasses in the room
The wardrobe rail is so high I could barely reach it
The staff are great, a good breakfast and a free shuttle to and from the local rail station
Summary: Good location for my work and and not too far from Linate airport
