Hotel Halbert

Hotel Halbert places you in Binnenstad, in Groningen’s historical center, on one of the city’s most beautiful streets. From this Hotel, you can step out toward the Martini Tower, Grote Markt, and Herestraat, with the Groninger Museum and Central Station within a 15 minute walk. It is a grounded base for days built around the center, with the city’s daily rhythm close at hand and easy to return to between plans. Inside, the rooms are designed for a restful stay, with extra long beds, air conditioning, TV, heating, and WiFi throughout the property. Some spaces also offer a balcony or terrace, view, and accessibility features, so your time here feels practical as well as comfortable. Breakfast is served in the garden room, and in summer you can take it in the city garden. Expect fresh breads, spreads, fresh juices, and gluten free products, a simple start that suits an early departure or a slower morning. Dinner is available at Blumé, where seasonal products shape a varied menu, and the bar gives you another place to pause before heading back out. With guest services, business services, entertainment, security and safety features, and child friendly stays, Hotel Halbert balances ease with a sense of place. It is an urban stay that keeps Groningen close, from the first coffee to the last walk home.
