Positive: A very pleasant hotel: staff was welcoming, my room was comfortable and the breakfast (Italian style, i.e. more sweet than savoury) was very decent. I was traveling on my bike and the hotel had a garage in which to put the bike overnight, which I greatly appreciated. All in all, a great stay.
Negative: Nothing to complain about. Just to note that the entrance to the hotel is not obvious (no sign with the name of the hotel that I could see). The entrance is just to the left of the Assapora restaurant (which is the hotel's restaurant). From outside, it looks like a residential building entrance but pressing on the "hotel" buzzer at the door will reach reception.

Positive:
It was straight on the beach, but a little bit away from the worst noice of the lungomare.
Negative:
The bed was a little bit hard, and it wasn’t much sound insulation, so if you’re sensitive to sound, you might need your earplugs.
Summary: Good value for your money and a lovely staff

Positive:
The property is situated on the beach.. you wake up overlooking the sea and an early morning swim becomes essential. The street in which this hotel is located has several authentic Italian restaurants as does the hotel.
Negative:
Nothing.. it was fantastic and just what we needed for recuperation after a very tough day.
Summary: Perfect!
