“Room clean, air con decent, food good in restaurant with friendky service, although missing pizza off the menu. Lifts domt work well and the area outside is very dodgey but this woukdnt put me off staying again.”

“The staff was nice and helpful but the hotel equipment is not 4 stars at all. This hotel should be 3 stars. We had cockroach and spider in the room and they changed our room instantly. And there is no teacup or cutlery. We are given only paper cups. However, staff service was alright.”

“Reception staff were very welcoming, warm, and helpful with suggestions and directions. The room was comfortable but could be updated. Breakfast was good and very reasonably priced. Great location close to bus and train station, walkable to major sites.”
