Poor hospitality . Rude people at the front desk . Our room was very hot. We couldn’t sleep comfortably.

After making the reservation, I contacted the hotel with a question but never received a reply. I even asked Expedia to help, yet the hotel did not respond to them either. This level of service is disappointing, especially for a hotel in this category. During our stay, it was difficult to sleep because the room doors slammed shut constantly. The doors urgently need soft-closing mechanisms or better soundproofing. The only positive aspect was the friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

The overall stay was average. The hotel itself is nice and clean as well as the rooms. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. We did have problems with our toliet, which they did try to remedy right away. If you want to be with the action of Madrid, this is a bit far away and not walking distance, which was a little disappointing for going out to get dinner or a snack, or even shopping. Parking at the hotel was a bit confusing as we had to call to get out each time, which became frustrating as the attendant kept telling us we had to pay, which we had already talked to front desk, so there seem to be a lack of communication there.

The hotel was modern, clean, and very friendly staff. The restaurant in the hotel was convenient with great food for breakfast and dinner.

Bland and soulless. Fine for a night. Expect a bed and zero friendliness

The hotel itself is excellent, spacious rooms, clean and the reception staff is great. Very accommodating and professional. My problem was with the restaurant staff. After confusion over breakfast hours I ordered from what they had available. The staff really didn't want to serve anyone after 11am. Someone brought me the wrong thing (tostada con tomate y jamón), what I got was sliced bread with assemble yourself tomato puree and no ham. Another table got annoyed that they were paying no attention to them either. I just walked to the register and gave them back what they brought me and just paid for my coffee. I told the server that it was obvious that we were disturbing them and just wanted to leave. No apologies or even a, my bad, from them. Hotel and staff excellent! Restaurant no so much. I would recommend the hotel in a heartbeat but do yourself a favor and didn't eat at their restaurant

Great, clean property with pleasant and friendly staff.

Everyone was very helpful and nice from front desk to restaurant to cleaning staff. Location close to metro. Nice little restaurant. We enjoyed our stay very much while visiting our daughter for a school program.
