“The hotel is right across from Lake Bohinj. The parking was very easy. The hotel is very clean and has an elevator. The room was large, and we had a room with a balcony facing the lake! The bathroom was a good size.”

“Staff was very kind and helpful. The property was clean and balconies on the rooms were an excellent feature and had pretty good views over the lake. Did not use pool or sauna so cannot comment. Restaurant had excellent food for both dinner and breakfast.”

“Hotel Jezero is the grand old lady of Bohinj. It's been here a while and in some ways it shows (eg room doors are locked with proper keys, not electronically) but it's still a fabulous hotel. Step outside and you're right on the lake, location can't be beaten. The pool and sauna are lovely, the breakfast has a lot of choice and I really appreciated the seeds and fresh and dried fruit options. I got upgraded to a twin room and it was very spacious.”

“We had a pleasant 4 night stay. As other reviewers have said the hotel decor is a little dated, but our room was clean and it was nice to have a balcony. The buffet breakfast was good and the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful.”

“The hotel is in a great location near the lake. The room was fine and had a balcony. The breakfast was good, as was dinner but you are advised to get there at 19.00 when it opens. The staff were mostly fine, it would have been nice to know about the extra costs for the sauna before getting to the wellness centre, the swimming pool was great though.”
