“The premises were clean and basic functionality was good. The room was spacious but rather plain in design. What really bothered us was that the room was way too warm and we could not find any way to control the room temperature except by opening the window, which was not an option for the night. Therefore, sleeping was rather agonising and difficult. The breakfast was good.”

“The staff at Krone Bouchs was friendly and very helpful. There was an issue with my credit card on making my rsvp but they sent me email in advance giving me all info for checking in as we arrived late. Our room didn’t have a view of lake as hoped and was very hot with no a/c. ”

“Buochs lovely but hotel has challenges. Rooms on the street side are extremely noisy. At all costs, ask for a room at the back of the hotel away from the main road. No air conditioning, so very hot in summer months. Ask for a fan - none was offered but we noticed some rooms had them”

“Room was hot, 1 slow table fan, when asked next day got a 2nd table fan. Mattresses were rock hard, pillows hard too, could not sleep. Had to open door/ window at night but no screen doors so was nervous about things crawling in. Area was amazing, view around was awesome. Management was helpful. Quality of equipment not to US standards ”
