Summary: We had a bit of trouble with what we booked online as to what we were getting. We confirmed what we had booked by showing our confirmed booking through our email and then everything was fine. Thank you for making our stay comfortable. Thank you very much to your desk staff and especially your security watchman. Awesome people. The comedor on the corner 1 1/2 blocks away was awesome for dinner. Be there between 6-630pm for hot chicken of beef off the grill. Koodos!!!!!

Summary: It was my first time to Managua and the Cisneros family made everything easy, from picking me up at the airport (at 12:30 AM!) to getting me to the bus station for my next destination. Very nice family run operation.
