Positive: Excellent mattress and very good breakfast and dinner buffets. The hotel has two beautiful pools with plenty of shade available throughout the day, and the beach is only about a 5-minute walk away. The staff were always friendly and helpful.
The cleaning service was also excellent. Every time we left the sign on the door asking for the room to be cleaned, the cleaning staff came and took care of it. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.
Negative: A lot of old people as guests, but that is the same in the whole Paguera in September…

Negative: The room was a bit noisy due to its location facing the road. We also missed having an elevator, which made things inconvenient with a baby stroller. However, we managed, and overall it wasn't a major issue.

We had a small balcony and everything we needed. We were half board and the food was exceptional. So much choice, beautifully presented and delicious! Everything was very well organised. The hotel is a very short walk from a wonderful beach with clear, calm sea and soft sand.

The hotel is absolutely spotless and staff welcoming and friendly.
