“Pros: The staff are very friendly, rooms were very clean and the hotel has been very well maintained and feels modern. The outdoor seating area near the pool is really nice and quiet. There are a few menu choices to choose from in the included breakfast. Parking was very easy and onsite. Con’s: Very minor issues that would not prevent us from staying there again: The a/c in our room (216) was really loud and not just loud but it sounded like there was a flapping noise coming from it and the air wasn’t blowing out evenly. I also wish they would have said that they do not have hot water in the showers, and if they do, ours didn’t work. Besides that it was a great stay and a great hotel. Probably one of our favorites that we have stayed at so far in Managua.”

“Love this hotel in Las Colinas. The best hotel I ever stayed. The hotel succeeded my expectations. It's extremely super clean and the room smelled wonderfully. The pool was very nice and clean. It is quiet and the garden is very well thought out. I like the layout of the hotel and love the fact that it’s very private and have security guards 24/7. The hotel it’s elegant and charming. The Front desk agents were professionals and very friendly. I have to give big kuddos to the housekeeping staff as they maintain this hotel very well kept and cleaned. I will definitely stay here again when I go back to Nicaragua.”

“Everything about the experience was wonderful! The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the mattresses and sheets were very comfortable. I also greatly enjoyed the delicious daily breakfast. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful with every request we had. The pool area is beautiful, and the lunch menu is both tasty and very well-priced. I was also impressed with the laundry service; having our clothes washed, dried, and folded within a few hours for such an affordable rate was amazing! I truly have nothing but positive things to say about my stay and would give the hotel the highest rating possible. Thank you for the excellent service!!”
