Positive: The location to the shops, restaurants, bars & tourist stores. It also had a luggage lift which also took people. Saved lugging your cases up stairs. Small kitchen so you could cook your own meals if you wanted to. No microwave.
Negative: Nothing at all.
Summary: Excellent property, clean, tidy & central to everything. Great staff & also a shuttle service to/from the a

Positive: We booked this hotel because our flight was cancelled. It was our second time stay at the hotel. They also have plenty of seats in lobby if you have to wait there.
Negative: Our transfer (which supposed to be included) was completely forgotten! They put it on the paper and when the reception staff was leaving they said, I don't know if the driver comes, if not call yourself a taxi. Nobody came of course but we didn't want to pay taxi if the transfer supposed to be free of charge. We had to wait another half an hour to get a driver. No apology or anything. Really strange.

Positive: Hotel is right at the center of Ilulissat. Room was clean, basic but well equipped, we were nicely surprised. Staff is nice and trying to help. Breakfast was good, with lots of vegetables :)
Negative: Staff seems quite confused sometimes, they messed up our departure transfer in the morning ,but luckily their driver was there, so we got the ride.
Summary: It was good.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel — it was actually more comfortable than we expected. The rooms are simple and minimalist, but they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, and the hotel is a very good option for the price.
The breakfast was sufficient, and we could have a good breakfast. A big plus is the airport transfer to and from the hotel. The staff were friendly and pleasant. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Positive:
I loved Hotel Nuka. While the rooms are a bit small and you will have trouble opening anything larger than a carry-on suitcase in the room, the fact there is a kitchenette with mini-fridge offers more value than you’d expect. The front desk is part time, but they are very nice, especially Anel. Their private shuttle service to/from the airport is also fantastic. The breakfast here is better than at the Best Western Hotel Ilulissat in my opinion, and the chef from Thailand is such a sweetheart for making us a fresh fried rice! Definitely loved staying here!
Negative:
Small rooms, so be mindful to only bring a carry-on size bag. The front desk staff is also only part-time.
Summary: Exceeded Expectations

Positive:
Very much appreciated the shuttle service! I stayed 3 separate nights and needed to use the shuttle several times and they were able to accommodate me. Good location near 2 grocery stores, restaurants, gift shops, and not too far from trailheads. Good selection of food at the breakfast as well.
Negative:
Some of the rooms I stayed in did not have shampoo or body wash (to be honest, not really sure what was there because I didn't see a label) which I would've expected at a hotel so make sure to bring your own.
Summary: Friendly and accommodating staff in a central location

Good breakfast, nice room with a small kitchen attached. Very helpful staff. Good value.

Some hooks in the bathroom for hanging up clothes, towels, etc. would have been helpful.
Summary: Excellent room, location, and staff for a reasonable rate.
