“I made a reservation a week in advance. I called ahead of time to ensure our room was ready. The front desk lady said everything was fine. When we arrived. Our room was not ready. The owner was asking me for more money. I showed my reservation. He said they didn’t have our room available. I said I called and it was told that it was available. The room given to us was beautiful it while it was not the one I ordered. It was beautiful. I didn’t need the extra amenities in it. I didn’t need a mini fridge or a microwave. The mini fridge and microwave were very clean. The bad was very clean. There’s holes in the ceiling, and in the walls found several dead cockroaches. There were several cockroaches in the beauty. The pool was not clean. There’s lots of bugs in the pool. The young female staff was kind of rude. The manager Veronica was excellent. Veronica took very good care of us. She ensure the quality of our food that my husband and I were happy that are drinks were cold. She was absolutely amazing. The owner, very intelligent insured multiple times. My husband and I were comfortable and I really appreciated that. The pool was absolutely beautiful. It looked like the pictures while I understand. Reservations get confused. The Front Desk receptionist ladies were kind of rude. Along with some of the young female wait staff. I don’t need attitude when I’m going out to eat or staying at a hotel. The reception staff had no idea when breakfast was. Not sure if we would come back.”
