“Wonderful view”

“We were pleasantly surprised and the price for the location can’t beat it. Hotel and rooms all clean but restricted services due to corona. Things could be touched up a bit on the swim area to make it more attractive but again it’s corona year and investing with few guests can be an issue. Seems to be family run and everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was served due to corona restrictions. We would certainly come back again as we often go to the area. Thanks for the wonderful stay. Dave ”

“Great location, with beautiful views of Lake Maggiore. Fantastic breakfast and dining room has views of the lake. If you are wanting a taxi into Stresa, it can be difficult to get one back to the hotel if it is beyond 10 pm. Always pre-arrange a taxi for your return trip. The train line is very close to the hotel (across the road), and it runs at all hours and is very loud, so if you are a light sleeper, this might affect your sleep.”
