“Hotel rooms are spacious. They don't put soap, only tiny "eco-friendly" sachets that are too small for a shower or 2. Playing the green umbrella when it impacts the customers experience isn't savvy. Worst bit is about the staff- recepcionists are rude and barely say thanks or hello, would give them 0 stars. No smile, no service, nothing. Horrendous behaviour. Parking space is tiny, please use it only if you're very comfortable with parking, don't use if you have a medium/large car.”
