“This is just an amazing hotel in the perfect location--right at the entrance to the old city and directly adjacent to the train station. Our room was clean and well appointed, and I can't say enough about the staff, especially the desk clerk who helped us figure out the Aare swimming logistics, She even provided us with a hotel branded dry bag for floating down the river. My only comment is that the AC was not that strong, but the staff did provide us with a supplemental AC unit which cooled the room down considerably. HIGHLY recommend !”

“The hotel rooms were great and luxuries. The staff was very helpful and did everything to ensure that we had a great stay. The only issue was the AC, it did not blow any cold air and the thermostat in the room did not want to go below 20 degrees. Switzerland was having a heat wave so it would have been nice to cool off in the room.”

“All staffs are helpful and kind. The room was exceptionally well maintained and clean. We spent a very happy night in this hotel. One minor issue was during a shower, splashing water came out of the shower door and creating a small pool out side of shower room. Other than everything was excellent.”
