“Some staff at reception weren’t bothered helping. Some did. There is no luggage help. The dining options are poor to say the least.
However, some dining waiting staff were very welcoming and was a relief to know that something was better.
The shower room leaked water in the rest of the bathroom, was very uncomfortable.
THERE IS NO AC IN THE ROOM. When the temperature outside was hot, the inside even hotter. The nights were very uncomfortable despite requisitioning a fan.
Generally the hotel is very tired and calling it a 5 star is a stretch.”

“Incredible location for skiing. We got an old room which isn’t as nice. Quality of the bedding is below par. Great breakfast. Lovely bar. Medicare dinner. ”

“When you dream about the hotel you see in the Christmas movies... That's Seehof! Amazing. Location, quality, detail and service grade 10. Everything perfect. The price is fair for what you get and you will be happy because you can feel the quality. The breakfast is magnificent. The room is spacious, modern in mountain style. The spa is totally new and very well done. The bar service was very kind too.”
