Positive: A beautiful place to stay with truly beautiful staff - so kind, friendly, warm and understanding. You feel like you are making new friends! The view is simply out of this world. The breakfast is delicious and fresh. They are very accommodating and allowed me to check out late. If only all hotels were this nice and kind! I had the best nights sleep in a long time. I highly recommend with no hesitation!

Positive: Massimo was an absolute star. He let me check in earlier than scheduled, especially I had walked up from Castelluccio Inferiore. Massimo also gave me detailed information about the Pollino National Park and gave me a lift to Laino Borgo for the final day of my trip. I can't thank him enough for his time and willingness to help.
