“It was all very clean and the staff were nice and polite”

“The hotel was clean and comfortable. There were a few downsides. Reception is only present a few hours a day. That means there is no one to explain the out of hours (which is most of the day) process. There was always someone helpful on the phone but that's not always what you need. (Check the note in the envelope on arrival!) Air con didn't work in my room so it was very hot overnight, and as there was no on site reception I just put up with it. There is so little accommodation in Vilanova I'd probably still go back again though!”
