Positive: Good location, right in the heart of the Cairngorms. My single room was upgraded to a double, which was nice. Tasty breakfast but lacking a variety. Helpful and friendly staff.
Negative: The hotel needs a general update throughout.

Positive: Location, the welcoming staff, breakfast, homemade curry, Guinness on draft, good wifi
Negative: The bed was not comfortable at all, the toilet didn't flush ( had to use lots of force), shower didn't drain fast enough so had to watch not to flood the whole bathroom.

Good location. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

Hotel is mid-renovation and feels like a work in progress. No TVs in rooms. Had to ask for the heating to be turned on. Wouldn't have booked if I had known this.
