“One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The hotel has excellent views, friendly staff and provided a lovely breakfast. The rooms were great and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfy, good wifi, fridge and excellent air con.
There is a steep narrow road to Monterosso of 0.7m to access the hotel. Walking up and down this will not suit everyone, so the hotel provides a free hourly shuttle.
The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there are loads of great food choices in Monterosso.”

“Loved the property. Felt like we were in our own little world. Extremely peaceful and quiet. Only downside is that it is way up on a mountain and you needed to wait for a shuttle to come pick you up in both directions. Shuttle only runs once per hour but in all fairness we were not inconvenienced by this at all. You can take a cab up that will cost you 30euro if you absolutely must get there.”

“The views from the hotel are amazing. Loved being up on the hilltop and the property was beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast was so delicious with a large assortment to enjoy. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming! We had to leave on the early train and they packed us a nice little breakfast which was so kind. And their shuttle service is very convenient especially if you arrive by train with luggage.
Overall highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Cirque Terre!”

“The hotel has the most amazing view...by far the best view in the entire Cique Terre area. The hotel has a lot good parking if you need to bring your car. The single lane road to access the hotel is a bit harrowing but there is a shuttle down to Monterosso every hour. The hotel is warm inside and the breakfast was wonderful.
A gripe for us was the air conditioning or lack of. The website includes air conditioning but they will not turn it on until 27 degrees C. My wife was having hot flashes but they still would not turn the air condition on. Just beware.”
