“All good, no major issues”

“The hotel itself was pleasant, comfortable, and welcoming, and we appreciated the overall quality of the experience. Unfortunately, the night was seriously disrupted by a group of guests who were having drinks on the terrace directly beneath our room. These drinks were being served by the hotel bar, and the conversation continued loudly well into the night. The noise only stopped after I called the reception at 4:40 a.m., meaning we had to endure more than two hours of loud chatter. It is extremely disappointing that such a situation was allowed to happen. Allowing guests to gather and socialize noisily under occupied rooms in the middle of the night is simply unacceptable for a hotel of your standing. I hope you will take this feedback into account to ensure future guests do not experience the same inconvenience.”
